I understand the testimonial I provided (hereinafter called “The Testimonial”), including all text, images, and video provided, may be used in marketing and promoting the products and services of Walla Walla Wellness.

I authorize Walla Walla Wellness, along with its employees, contractors, and representatives, to use The Testimonial in marketing and promotional efforts, including but not limited to websites, advertisements, social media, brochures, and event materials.

I waive any right to inspect, edit, or approve materials where The Testimonial is used. I also waive any claim to copyright ownership of The Testimonial or related materials, and any claim to financial compensation or gain from its use.

Walla Walla Wellness may make reasonable edits to The Testimonial for clarity, length, or formatting purposes, while maintaining the original meaning. I agree that my comments may be published as written.
