Trudy Sharp, ARNP, has developed an extensive skill set over the past 40 years in healthcare. As an RN, she worked in Sports Medicine and Psychiatric settings around Washington state. She graduated from Washington State University with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2011 and has been providing Primary Care regionally since then. 

After years of providing Primary Care, Trudy is shifting her focus to a Function Medicine structure. She has continued her education, completing a fellowship in Functional Longevity Medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She continues her education in functional medicine, taking classes and gaining certifications with other reputable companies.

Aging well is the goal, and it is Trudy’s profound pleasure to work with individuals to uncover what keeps them from experiencing vibrant health. She has trained herself to listen for and provide what is missing through targeted testing and specialized plans treating root causes of symptoms.
